Pay as you go Support - £30 per 1/2 hour (ex.VAT)

This is how it works...

1. Call us on 01372 46 4321 and ask for an appointment.
   
   
2. We will ask for your contact details, and for a few details of the problem so that we can ensure that we have any necessary parts and tools with us that we think might be required to complete the service. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.
   
   
3. You will be given a choice of available time slots so you can choose the one most convenient to you.
   
   
4. Your appointment will be confirmed and we will give you a 1/2 hour window within which we will aim to arrive.
   
   
5. Our TipTop Engineer will arrive on site and carry out the required services. All TipTop Engineers are qualified, CRB-checked, fully-insured, employed by TipTop Computers (not sub-contracted), reference checked, and friendly!
   
   
6. Once the services have been completed, your Engineer will issue an invoice and payment will be required. Part payment in advance may be required in some circumstances. Payment is accepted via cheque with a cheque-guarantee card, credit/debit card, or cash. Please note that there is a 2% charge for credit card payments.
   
   
7. Labour and hardware are covered by our guarantees as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
